First find the slope:
m = Rise/Run = 5/1 = 5

Next use the formula y – y1 = m(x – x1)
Substiute x1 = -1, y1 = -3 and m = 5
Therefore y – (-3) = 5(x – (-1))

Note that, although answer A is also correct for the equation of the line, it is not in Point-Slope Form
